I’ve had a few warranty-related issues since installation of my solar system (panels, transducers, battery). All have been addressed without issue. One specific person - Shavtana - at organization has been wonderful to work with. Proactive in communication on how warranty work is being managed. Also proactive in monitoring the issues (ex informing me that a remote hard-reset of system didn’t solve issue) without constant follow-up requests from me. Shavtana has been the best to work with.
